Q: How long is the Signature Health Program?

A: The average program runs 3–6 months depending on your labs and unique needs. I recommend anticipating a 5-month minimum. More complex cases may extend up to 8 months or more.

Q: What is the program structure?

A: The Signature Health Program is divided into three phases:
Launchpad Phase – Foundational support + lab testing
Application Phase – Personalized protocol based on results
Offboarding Phase – Long-term plan for maintenance and sustainability

Q: What are functional health tests?

A: They’re advanced lab tests that go beyond standard blood work. We assess gut health, hormones, nutrient status, and detox pathways using stool, urine, or blood (depending on the test). Kits are mailed directly to you. Standard blood tests will be run through your primary care provider.

Q: How much do these tests cost?

A: Most tests range from $100–$450. Most clients need will purchase 1–2 tests. I’ll guide you on what’s essential and help space them out as needed.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Not at this time. However, HSA/FSA cards are accepted and can be used toward labs and services.

Q: How can I enroll?

A: Start by filling out a short discovery call form above. We’ll schedule a free 15-minute call to make sure we’re a good fit and begin the onboarding process.

Q: Can you help with my specific symptoms?

A: Most likely, yes. I work with a wide range of concerns like fatigue, digestive issues, clinical GI conditions (IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s, Ulcerative colitis, GERD, etc) anxiety, hormone imbalances, stress, autoimmune conditions, and more. If your case is out of scope, I’ll refer you to a trusted provider.

Q: Can I join if I’m on medication?

A: Yes. I take a collaborative approach and work alongside your current medications and providers to support your body safely.

Q: Is lab testing required to do the program?

A: No, but it’s recommended. We can still make meaningful progress using symptoms, history, and foundations alone if testing isn’t accessible.

Q: I’ve already done testing elsewhere, can we use it?

A: Absolutely. I’ll review labs from the past 6 months and determine what’s still relevant or if anything is missing.

Q: I’ve seen other practitioners and didn’t get results, how is this different?

A: This isn’t a one-size-fits-all protocol. You’ll get personalized support, education, and consistent check-ins so your plan grows with you. You're never just handed a PDF and left on your own.

Q: Do you work with people who have diagnoses like PCOS, Hashimoto’s, or IBS?

A: Yes. Many of my clients have existing diagnoses or symptoms that haven’t been fully explained. We tailor your support to work with your body and medical plan.

Q: How often do we meet during the program?

A: Typically, we meet twice a month with ongoing support in between to adjust protocols and track progress.

A: My Signature Health Program is the most comprehensive option. However, I do offer consulting hours for returning clients or specific cases that don’t require full support.
